Elliott Fox is an emerging artist and passionate advocate for greyhounds. He is based in Canberra, Australia with his rescue greyhound and artistic muse, Adam Barker.
Elliott is currently organising his debut solo art exhibitions, which open in Sydney (15 to 25 August 2025), and then travel to Canberra (12 to 25 September 2025), Melbourne (10 to 23 October 2025), Perth (13 to 21 January 2026), and other locations. He hopes that the exhibition titled 'Saint Grey’ will become a beacon of hope and change for greyhounds across Australia and the world.
As an artist, Elliott strongly believe that art needs to be more than a pretty picture. In a world saturated with misinformation, art needs to be meaningful and engage people emotionally and intellectually. His artworks are often described as soulful and contemplative.
Elliott works with art mediums that are layered and multi-dimensional to engage and stimulate the audiences’ senses. This is achieved through his sculptures, impasto/textured paintings, and silk screen prints with depth of structure, form and colour.
