Climate change is the biggest challenge facing the aviation industry today. From 2040, when the pressures of climate impacts are expected to peak, today’s young professionals will hold tomorrow’s critical leadership positions that will guide the air transport sector through its journey to net zero carbon emissions by 2050 and beyond.
Developed by young professionals for young professionals, ELSA provides a platform to encourage aspiring leaders to contribute to aviation's net zero goal, by showing them the many opportunities to make a large impact and be a part of the positive transition of the industry.
