Emily is a certified 330hr Yoga and Meditation Teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Children's Yoga), and a Women’s Circle Facilitator. With particular interest in grounded awareness and connection to self, Emily loves to hold space for others as they consciously ground into their own awareness and the earth.
Emily grew up in Southwest Australia on a small farm, and now resides in East Fremantle with her boyfriend and their dog.
