Hi, I’m Emily—a counsellor, yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and seeker of presence in a world that doesn’t always make that easy.
For over a decade, I’ve supported people to reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, movement, and breath—always through a trauma-informed, socially aware lens.
But the work I do isn’t just about calming the mind or stretching the body. It’s about cultivating embodied awareness—the kind that allows us to meet ourselves, others, and the world with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Rooted in my background in social justice and human rights, my offerings invite space for reflection, regulation, and real connection. I create safe, inclusive, gender-affirming spaces where we can explore healing and growth without pressure to be perfect.
These days, you’ll find me sharing reflections on the nervous system, relational presence, and our connection to nature, both in person and through my writing and guided meditations.
