Emma is a qualified breathwork practitioner who has supported hundreds of people through 1:1 sessions, group sessions, large scale and collaborative events.
Emma is passionate about creating spaces to support people to reconnect with who they truly are and to share this with the world. She does this by providing space, tools and events where people feel safe to rest, express and explore all parts of themselves.
