EnvironmentArt Stories documentary
This project tells stories about nature. We interview nature mentors from Australia about a topic of their expertise and the challenges they have faced throughout their environmental journey. They share their message and knowledge to the community. The film crew commits to get the hands dirty and work together with the mentors in an environmental action.
This action is called “A la Pacha” which means “Back to Earth”. It’s an action to help our mentor and their local community.
The narrative structure is narrated through visual footage of natural elements, landscapes and wildlife in Australia, including animations, the conversations with the mentors related to a particular environmental topic, and the environmental action content, which invite the audience to action.
Our intention is to generate ecological consciousness and motivate people to get engaged in their communities.
Funds collected are used for the production and post production of the series, help our mentor’s organizations and/or community, create job opportunities for local artists and also plant native trees in Australia and Argentina, place where the director was born.
