Sacha Williamson is the owner of Freedive Aotearoa.
As New Zealand’s first female free diver instructor trainer and one of only two nationwide, Sacha holds the highest rating possible in freediving. This achievement requires an exceptional level of continuous fitness, which she maintains for her personal practice and to train her students effectively.
Sacha holds certificates in sports, recreation, and fitness, is a High-Performance Breathwork Coach utilising XPT (Extreme Performance Training) techniques. She is an underwater Workout Pioneer, creating and implementing underwater workouts for over 10 years, a CrossFit instructor, and Yoga instructor, trained to lead from high-intensity functional fitness through to mindfulness and range of motion

Esther Tuliomanu is the owner of CoreFitness Tutukaka.
Esther describes herself as an Holistic PT. She brings 30+ years as a Les Mills, and functional fitness coach, 25 years competing at elite level Waka-ama in New Zealand and around the world, to work with people to find balance, strength, flow in all aspects of their life, and to feel light.
Esther holds certifications as a Functional Fitness Coach, Les Mills instructor, Primordial Sound Meditation teacher, an Ayurvedic Health instructor, Chopra Life Coach, XPT High Performance Breathwork Coach, and is currently completing a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Psychology.
