Everyone Village is redefining what it means to respond to homelessness. What began as an innovative tiny-home shelter has grown into one of Oregon's most comprehensive communities of healing and opportunity.
Today, more than 80 people each night find safety, dignity, and belonging at Everyone Village, supported by on-site healthcare, behavioral health services, workforce development, case management, and a growing network of more than 40 community partners.
We believe lasting change happens when people are not simply given a place to sleep, but are invited into a community where they can heal, work, grow, and flourish.
Today, Everyone Village is entering its next chapter. Building on our nationally recognized model, we are developing Oregon's first permanent MicroVillage Housing Neighborhood, creating an affordable path from emergency shelter to stable, long-term housing for individuals with the lowest incomes. Together with innovative workforce enterprises, healthcare partnerships, and housing solutions, we are creating a continuum that doesn't just address homelessness. It helps people build a future
