Feel Calm Within is an Edinburgh based initiative providing small group and individual yoga, breathwork and meditation sessions to help people Feel Calm Within. All sessions are run by me, Lindsay. I've been practicing yoga for more than 3 years and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2025. I'm now bringing my training and experience to Edinburgh classes.
My invitation to you is to explore the benefits yoga brings - especially in countering the stresses of our everyday, busy lives. If you're looking for a friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable approach, with someone who now finds herself on an ever joyful yoga journey, then these are the classes for you.
I consider myself an extremely lucky to have discovered yoga which I use on a daily basis to support me through the challenges of life; building strength, mobility and resilience. I am super keen to share the benefits of yoga with others.
My classes are relaxed spaces, non-judgemental and perfect for beginners, refreshers and beginner improvers.
