Fiona Galloway – Founder of Nourished Space

“My mission is to lead and inspire individuals and teams through a unique integration of leadership development, cognitive health, and breathwork. By fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and sustainable well-being practices, I empower people to cultivate healthier habits, deeper self-awareness, and a more balanced, purpose-driven life—personally and professionally.”

Fiona Galloway is a deeply experienced Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Emotional Anatomy Consultant, and Transformational Coach. As the founder of Nourished Space, established in 2016, Fiona is devoted to helping individuals, groups, and organisations reduce stress, reconnect to purpose, and build more resilient and fulfilling lives through the integration of breath, movement, nourishment, and emotional well-being.

With over two decades of experience guiding transformational workshops, Fiona brings a grounded, heart-led approach to her work. At the core of her practice is a commitment to truth—uncovering how distractions, emotional patterns, and conditioned behaviours can sabotage success and keep people cycling through outdated ways of being. She believes that lasting change begins with honest inner work: courageously feeling and exposing the truth of our emotions, thoughts, and habits in order to shift what no longer serves.

Through conscious connected breathwork, Fiona offers a transformative pathway for regulating stress, enhancing cognitive and emotional function, and cultivating deep self-awareness. Her sessions support the nervous system, promote emotional release, and facilitate profound change on both a physical and energetic level. Fiona uses this method to help people break through internal resistance, release long-held tension, and bring unconscious patterns into conscious awareness—illuminating the very places that have kept them stuck in old cycles.

These breathwork journeys are designed to support:

  • Moving from stress and overwhelm to clarity, groundedness, and presence
  • Releasing outdated emotional patterns and addictive responses
  • Integrating past experiences to build self-trust, connection, and new possibilities
  • Meeting oneself in a whole new way—with honesty, compassion, and curiosity

Whether you're seeking emotional release, greater clarity, inner spaciousness, or a reconnection to your true self, Fiona’s work offers a sacred and supportive space for transformation, truth, and the return to wholeness.

She works with individuals, teams, and communities to translate these embodied insights into practical tools and sustainable habits that enhance well-being, unlock potential, and align people with their most authentic lives. Her mission is to help others live and lead from a place of truth, vitality, and vision.
