The Filipino Chaplaincy of the Catholic Diocese of Broken Bay supports one of the region’s fastest-growing migrant communities, providing spiritual care, cultural connection, and pastoral support across Northern Sydney, the Northern Beaches, and the Central Coast. Guided by its official diocesan charter, the chaplaincy coordinates monthly Tagalog and English Masses, feast day celebrations (such as Simbang Gabi and the Feast of Santo Niño), and community outreach across key host parishes including Chatswood, Hornsby, Warringah, Gosford, and Wyong. Led by Pastoral Coordinator Deacon Roberto Corpuz, it bridges local parish life with distinct Filipino Catholic traditions to foster a strong sense of faith and belonging.
