About Fiona
As an Outdoor Health Care Provider - Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Trauma Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Wayapa Wuurrk Practitioner, Fiona has long been an ardent supporter of the benefits of nature connection and experience, for our mental health and holistic wellbeing. Fiona is the Victorian Representative for Outdoor Health Australia - the national body for evidence-informed nature-based health and wellbeing services, research, and advocacy - and a passionate advocate for the integration of nature prescriptions within public mental health in Australia.
Fiona creates gentle pathways for others to slow down, reconnect and cultivate presence. An invitation to return to the natural rhythm of life, to trust what is already within you. Fiona believes that when we create more present-moment awareness and align with nature’s pace, clarity arises, the mind softens, and the body remembers its wisdom.
