Indigo-Khai Rivers is a lived experience educator, a somatics and embodiment practitioner, and intuitive facilitator with a background in movement, breathwork, healing and trauma recovery. She enjoys empowering people to unmask past conditionings, gaining access to their unique brilliance and soulful expression. She is passionate about creating safe platforms for the inclusion of emotions and aspects of ourselves that have been shamed, judged, rejected, or suppressed, allowing an inclusive space to expand into wholeness and align with our human potential. Often described as "raw' and "powerful", her experiential workshops and down-to-earth approach make complex topics and practices easily accessible to all, no matter what stage of their healing journey they may be on.
