For Our Real Clean Environment is a charitable trust aiming to empower our Whangārei communities to restore the natural environment through environmental and waste minimisation projects.
We run a couple of regular projects:
Love Whangārei Monthly Clean Up which brings together volunteers to remove waste from the environment.
Repair Cafe Whangarei where volunteers with skills in sewing, electronics, mechanics, carpentry, technology and more work alongside the community to repair their items.
Our vision for the future is to support more solutions to waste which view it as a resource.
