Forest Pathways offers gentle, guided forest bathing experiences in beautiful green spaces across Sydney and the Illawarra, including Wollongong Botanic Gardens. 🌿
Founded by Meg Bracken, an INFTA-certified Forest Therapy Guide with a Diploma of Counselling, Forest Pathways grew from a personal experience of slowing down and discovering what nature had been offering all along.
Our walks are warm, welcoming and person-centred. Through sensory and creative invitations, quiet reflection and shared moments, we create space to step away from everyday demands, reconnect with the natural world and remember what it feels like to simply be. No previous experience is needed, just a little curiosity.
Forest Pathways works with councils, community organisations and health partners to make forest bathing accessible to more people. Whether you join a public walk or a community program, you’ll be guided with care and invited to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.
All walks are offered with deep respect for the Country we move through and its Traditional Custodians.
Held by nature, guided with care.
