Frances has been interested in mythology, metaphysics and esoteric mysticism for most of her adult life. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Metaphysical Science and trained in various healing modalities, she is also a prolific writer having authored some nine books on earth-centric spiritualities (with an emphasis on the Southern Hemisphere), Goddess spirituality, and mythology, as well as having contributed essays to over 40 magazines and anthologies.
An experienced leader of ceremony and sacred ritual, and teacher of meditation and metaphysical practices, Frances is also an initiated priestess of the Alexandrian tradition of witchcraft, and has over 20 years' experience reading tarot and oracle cards. She uses her extensive personal interest in metaphysics, mysticism and mythology to help other people to enhance, improve and empower their own lives while regaining alignment with the ebbing and flowing rhythms of the cosmos.
