The Franciscan Colleges Instrumental Music Program (FCIP) is a unique partnership between St Anthony’s School, Mount Alvernia College and Padua College, inspiring excellence and enabling students from all three schools to explore instrumental, ensemble and orchestral music in an inclusive, multi-age, safe and supportive environment.
The FCIP has a 40-plus year history of delivering significant benefits for students’ cognitive and language development, motor skills, self-discipline, self confidence, and social skills.
With an experienced and accomplished team of teachers, access to both ensemble-based and individual tuition, and a diverse range of ensembles, FCIP students have access to expert tuition and performance opportunities on a wide range of instruments.
More than 500 students participate in FCIP classes. Along with a range of performance opportunities, these students also have access to workshops, camps and tours.
