At Freedom 2 Move, we believe that dance is not just about movement, but about letting go and embracing the pure joy that comes with it. Our classes are designed to help you unleash your inner dancer while getting fit.

We create a safe, welcoming space where you can express yourself freely, connect with your body, and find your rhythm. Whether you're 18 or 78, our classes are tailored to meet you where you are, encouraging you to move in ways that feel good and natural to you.

About your facilitator, Josh Green

Dance has been a lifelong journey for Josh, beginning at the age of four in the rigorous yet graceful world of ballet. Growing up in his mother's ballet school, Josh developed a strong foundation that has since evolved, spanning diverse styles including the dynamic beats of hip hop and the passionate expressions of Latin dance.

Josh's artistic path took a vibrant turn during his years as a DJ in London, UK. He had the privilege of spinning tracks at some of the city's coolest clubs and bars, where he honed his ability to create electrifying atmospheres and connect with audiences through music. This experience as a DJ deepened Josh's understanding of rhythm and movement, enhancing his approach to dance.

Now, as an Ecstatic Dance facilitator, Josh brings together his extensive dance background and DJ expertise to craft immersive and transformative dance experiences. Josh is dedicated to facilitating high-vibrational experiences that allow you to explore, express, and elevate your being through the power of dance. His classes are more than just movement; they are a gateway to connecting to your universe on a deeper, more grounded and intuitive level.
