Frontline Mental Health (FMH) exists to strengthen the resilience and wellbeing of those who serve in frontline roles. We provide practical, evidence based training and support for First Responders, Corrections Officers, Military members, Veterans and their families.
In partnership with Australian Partners of Defence and the Boulder Crest Foundation, FMH is proud to deliver the internationally recognised Struggle Well program in Australia. Struggle Well is grounded in the science of Post Traumatic Growth (PTG) and has transformed the wellbeing and culture of First Responder and Military organisations across the world.
Our facilitators bring genuine lived experience, authenticity and proven tools that empower individuals and organisations to thrive in the face of stress, hardship and trauma.
