Certified in Positive Psychology through Melbourne University, Gabi is also a retreat facilitator, community event leader, and a meditation teacher at multiple renowned wellness centers across Melbourne, including Trinity Curated Wellness.
With a deep commitment to personal growth and healing, Gabi is currently completing her Master’s in Psychotherapy, a journey that continues to deepen her understanding of the human experience. She specializes in teaching various meditation styles, with a particular focus on guided visualizations and deep relaxation, offering participants a science-backed pathway to clarity, balance, and profound inner peace.
Beyond her work in wellness spaces, Gabi is the host of the podcast How Did You Do It?, where she creates a platform for meaningful conversations that inspire listeners to reflect on their own lives. “My intention is to help people feel a little less lonely in their life journey,” she shares. “By sharing stories of challenge and growth, we can find solace and perspective in the shared human experience.”
