A nourishing 75 minute yoga practice to help you go inwards, reconnect with yourself and support your well-being. Together we will take the time to gently challenge and move the body and calm the mind.
This is an inclusive space that welcomes all abilities and levels of yoga practice, so don’t be shy to give it a go! We allow space to connect with each other after class and reflect on the practice, this is a no rush zone.
The only things you need to bring are a yoga mat and a few layers to wear, as your body temperature will drop quite a lot during the practice.
Classes are priced on a donation basis to keep them accessible, with a suggested price of £10.
