Gary Drummond is a Yoga Teacher, Strategic Alignment Life Coach with a passion for helping students and clients find balance and new beginnings.
After discovering yoga as a way to overcome stress and anxiety,
he had an “aha” moment during a class and knew he was meant to become a yoga teacher.
Gary completed a 460-hour Yoga teacher training course and later trained as a Life Coach to assist people in their transformation.
He has also completed further trainings in Yin and Restorative Yoga and meditation.
Gary currently teaches Yin and Flow Yoga, as well as Meditation,
and plans to run more events and retreats in the near future.
He believes that it’s never too late to start your transformation,
and invites you to take the first step towards your greater self.
