GASP (Gender & Sexuality Project)

The City of Greater Geelong's Youth Development Unit have been facilitating the GASP program since 1996. In that time the program has grown to provide a wide portfolio of programs, initiatives and support for LGBTQIA+ Young People including;

• Social groups for young people including weekly groups & school holiday activities
• Rainbow Events for young people
• Secondary consult and referral services for Schools, Families and Professionals 
• Stand out groups in schools
• Community of Practise for schools
• Delivery of Inclusive Practise Training to Schools, Professionals and Community 
• The Rainbow Youth Advisory Group

As well as leading action research projects, developing resources and guides, and providing expert knowledge to a range of initiatives.
