Alongside paid events, visitors can enjoy a series of free performances taking place in venues across the Valley, helping to create a festival atmosphere that runs throughout the weekend.
Gather@ Haslingden Market is a free event bringing together local makers, visual artists, musicians, and a selection of food and drink vendors. At the heart of the event is a high-energy puppet rave, an immersive fusion of electronic music, handmade puppetry, and playful performance for audiences of all ages. We are also holding a puppet-making workshop ahead of the event, giving you the chance to create your own puppet to bring along to the rave. This will take place at Haslingden Library in the morning from 9.30 am. Tickets are limited to 20 people BOOK HERE
Gather@ is also working in collaboration with The Drop Off Cafe in Edenfield to present Move. Mind. Music. a beginner-friendly wellbeing experience combining yoga, mindfulness, expert nutrition and fitness advice, a healthy brunch, and live acoustic music by RUN REMEDY.
Built on the belief that everyone should be able to experience great live music and culture, Gather@ combines a programme of paid events with free performances and activities across the valley. Gather@ is about more than a weekend of music. It's about supporting grassroots artists, championing independent venues, creating opportunities for local talent, and helping build a stronger cultural future for Rossendale.
As a brand-new festival, your support matters. Every ticket and donation helps us grow something that benefits artists, venues, local businesses, and the wider community.
Discover new music. Explore Rossendale. Be part of the beginning.
The long-term ambition is simple: to grow Gather@ into a Rossendale-wide celebration, where every town and village in the Valley plays a part. A music festival put on for music lovers, by music lovers.
