Grace Griffin is a Naarm-based artist, specialising in the ancient art of wax carving for jewellery. Her versatile skills have accommodated to a large range of bespoke pieces cast into precious metals - featuring hand-carved text, intricate pattern-work, and exquisite stones wrapped in free-form silver and gold. Graces eloquent handmade process brings an essence of mystic grandeur to custom forms, while honouring an age-old methodology.
Working from her Collingwood studio, Grace offers custom consultations and a variety of specialty wax-working workshops. She also attends local and international gem shows alongside her Opal-mining father, Rod Griffin, embracing a well-travelled path across Australia, Europe and the USA.
