Gia is a dedicated yoga instructor and, specialized in breathwork through mindfulness practices and yoga anatomy. She has completed certifications in kids yoga, seniors yoga, and yoga for women’s health. Currently she teaches Vinyasa, Hatha and Restoratives styles. Gia firmly believes that this ancient practice can be adapted to every body and has the power to heal the mind, body, and soul. Gia is a Manly resident but originally from Peru,, she is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.
