In 2024, Gillian Dinh earned a place in the Top 10 of MasterChef Australia Season 16, marking the next chapter in her creative journey beyond her established signwriting and lettering studio, The Marker.
Since then, Gill has been building her culinary path through private dining, pop-up restaurants, and collaborative kitchen takeovers, hosting events, with many selling out, over the past couple of years. Her work brings together bold, flavour-driven cooking with a strong sense of storytelling and connection.
Alongside her events, Gill shares recipes and food stories online, teaches hands-on workshops conducting live cooking demonstrations.
Whether it’s on the plate, canvas or wall, Gill is devoted to creating thoughtful, memorable experiences that bring people together and linger long after they’re shared.
