What do I do? Simple. I work with senior leaders whose expertise exceeds their influence. Together we close that gap. Because leadership isn't limited by intelligence. It's limited by communication.
In other words, I help senior leaders become the kind of communicators people actually want to follow because they're impossible to misunderstand
For the past decade I've run Verballistics, helping CEOs, board members and senior executives find their voice and actually use it: on stage, in the boardroom, and in the moments that matter most.
I'll be honest, AI can do the writing (mostly). It cannot watch a Managing Director speak for five minutes and identify the one habit that is quietly costing them influence. I can.
One client described being coached by me as "being flattened by a steamroller, but in a good way". I'll take that. Another went from being terrified of public speaking to saying, in his own words, "the shackles are off". That's the work I love: seeing what people can't yet see in themselves, and politely refusing to let them settle for less.
Before Verballistics, I led marketing teams inside SaaS businesses, where a direct report called me one of the best managers she'd ever had. My secret? I spent real time and real budget developing my people. I'd argue that's not a secret; that's just what leaders do.
Here's the paperwork and evidence, for those who like it: I have an MEd in Educational Leadership and Management, I'm the author of The Secret Army: Leadership, Marketing and the Power of People, a TEDx speaker, and a board member.
And if you're a leader with something to say and a suspicion you're not quite saying it yet, that's exactly the work I love. Get in touch.
