Grace Bowen is a Yoga teacher, Somatic Dance facilitator, founder of Red Tent Taupō, and co-facilitator of Sisterhood Retreats NZ alongside her sisters. She is passionate about creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can hit pause on daily life, reflect, reconnect, and nourish their mind, body, and soul.
After attending her first women’s retreat in 2021, Grace was deeply inspired by the authenticity, honesty, and genuine connection shared between women, and by the profound wisdom held within the body. The experience opened her eyes to the power of gathering in this way, led her to train in embodiment practices and become a Red Tent Aotearoa facilitator, with a desire to share that same magic with others.
Grace lives in Taupo with her partner, young family and tan Lab Pippa, she’s a mum, free spirit, nature lover, Jane of all trades and grounded soul. Whether she’s holding a yoga class, women’s circle, retreat, or workshop, her intention is to create spaces where people feel deeply valued and accepted just as they are, with opportunities to deepen self-awareness, reconnect with their inner knowing, and leave feeling more grounded and connected than when they arrived.
