Acknowledging and integrating loss is transformative. It’s that simple.
The Grief First Aid (GFA) course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand, and respond with empathy to adults experiencing grief and loss, ensuring those affected feel heard, respected, and supported.
By becoming a Grief First Aider, you play a vital role in breaking the silence around grief. You help create safe and supportive pathways for colleagues, friends, and community members, while fostering environments that normalise conversations about grief, reduce stigma, and provide meaningful support
Accreditation is awarded by GFA upon completing the training and short assessment.
Accredited Grief First Aider status is valid for three years, ensuring knowledge remains current.
