Griefline is Australia’s only national not-for-profit that offers free nationwide grief support. We aim to normalise the grief experience by alleviating the pressure many feel to grieve in a certain way and within a certain timeframe. Because grief is a natural and universal human emotion, we believe that everyone deserves compassion and understanding.

A national helpline that operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year where callers can speak to trained and empathetic telephone support volunteers Request a callback from a trained telephone support volunteer at a time that suits you Online forums accessible 24/7 where members can connect with others who are going through similar experiences and share their stories, feelings and coping strategies Bereavement support groups facilitated by professional grief counsellors Grief and loss resources providing information and advice on various topics related to grief and loss Training and education programs that are designed to increase the awareness and understanding of grief and its impact on mental health and wellbeing
