Hi, I'm Kim.

I'm a mum, midwife, lactation consultant, and women's fitness instructor.

Through Grow and Flow I offer deeper connection and support during pregnancy and the postpartum including:

- Pregnancy education sessions to prepare for labour and birth, breastfeeding and the postpartum

- Breastfeeding support

- Postpartum mother's circles

- Pregnancy and postpartum massage (coming soon)

Support during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum shouldn't be a
a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. It should be personal and deeply connected.
