Grow Our Own is an industry led alliance of business, industry, education, employment providers and government agencies who seek to inform and inspire young people to live, work and learn in the Riverina.
The aim is to encourage people to build a career while living locally, and to encourage local businesses to invest in local people and graduates through employment, training, mentoring and motivation.
