With gaining over 1000 teaching hours since the completion of her Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, alongside the completion of Breathwork Training and Mat Pilates Training, Hayley provides a world of knowledge and depth to her teaching, incorporating different styles of movement and awareness practices.
Hayley prides herself on creating dynamic, fun, accessible and engaging classes that empower people to step onto their mat daily, in whatever capacity that may be.
Committed to her own practice, Hayley has found there is a gap in the offerings in the yoga and pilates space for Slow Movement and breathwork, often feeling frazzled when coming out of fast paced classes - Hayley has been working to create a space for people to slow down and turn down the external, to tap into the internal.
Breathwork and Yoga is an important aspect of Hayleys life, it has been a big part of her healing journey and is the constant reminder of the magic that is held within her.
Hayley's goal is to help you experience your own magic, release the tension that doesn't serve you and just take time out of your day to connect to yourself. We live in such a fast paced world, and often times taking care of ourselves can fall to last place on our "to-do" list.
The body is the best guide to journey into our inner world.
