Helen Bradshaw is the Walk Captain for the Coastal SpiritWalkers and the founder of Growth Through Art, where she supports people through creative expression and Art Therapy. Living in Coolum Beach, she loves moving in nature, dancing, and embracing adventure — from travelling overland across Africa in her youth to walking the Camino Francés to Santiago de Compostela in 2025. She is passionate about helping people feel connected, inspired, and empowered.
