The iconic Helensville Show is a one-day agricultural Show, always held the last Saturday in February. Our next Helensville Show is Saturday 28th February 2026.
The Show offers education, entertainment and competition in various agricultural and home craft categories, including Pets (Lambs, Calves, Goats, Dogs), Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Equestrian, Photography, Baking, Floral Art & Flowers, Vegetables, Giant Pumpkins, Knitting & Sewing, Crafts, Art and Children's Craft, Baking, Horticulture.
Come along and get up close to farm animals, watch them parade and compete, see agricultural demonstrations like shearing, dog trials, woodchopping and milking.
For the dog lovers, there is the Vets North Family Pet Dog competition and the fabulous Vets North Terrier race, to enter on the day.
There are two stages of entertainment throughout the day and side shows for the family; plenty of food and drinks on offer and trade stands with arts, crafts, big machinery, vintage cars etc.
A great day out for the family, children 16 and under have free entry and adults are just $15 each. Come along and see what life in the country is like - we'd love to see you.
