From a small mobile op shop in 2007, Helping Hands has grown into a welcoming community hub—providing food, meals, essential support, and volunteer opportunities, always with kindness at the heart of what we do.
Our Programs
· Community Pantries: Families in need have access to fresh food and pantry staples
· Community Dining Room: 80–100 hot meals daily, a place to connect and belong.
· Material Aid: Essentials like beds, clothing, and white goods for people in crisis.
· Inclusive Volunteering: People of all abilities contribute and learn new skills.
· Christmas Cave: Every year, the Christmas Cave brightens Christmas for more than 1,000 children with gifts given with care.
