Hosted by two heart-centred, fun females Veronica & Rach!
Veronica is an embodiment, empowerment coach and relationship coach, mentor and educator and a yoga/meditation teacher. Her mission is to get you out of your head and into your body, to create the life and relationships you deeply desire and deserve!
Rach is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and ex-nurse. She is super passionate about supporting you to regulate, release and reconnect with yourself through breath and movement.
We love to love and serve in the world! We live with authenticity, vulnerability and with integrity, perfectly imperfect and sharing it all with you!
