In 2020 she set up her own consultancy, Horrobin Learning, to offer her services to a wider range of clients for consulting work.
In shaping learning experiences, Clare builds trust with her clients while guiding them to create bespoke professional development with a strong focus on workshop design and implementation. She ensures you can deliver kick-arse workshops or presentations - online, in a live setting, or both.
Alongside this, Clare’s gift is to coach clients to presentation and facilitation success, bringing out the right balance of effective content and engagement, while enabling each facilitator to find the authentic gift that they bring to a corporate workshop or presentation. She's helped every type of presenter or facilitator from keynotes through to those who are genuinely scared to stand up in front of others. Clare is an international and conference speaker, presenting on topics such as 'Let The Learning Occur' and 'How to Create a Coaching Conversation.' In 2022, she was an NZATD Finalist for L&D Consultant of the Year.
