Human Rites creates meaningful experiences that help people navigate life's transitions with connection, purpose, and community. Through circles, workshops, rites of passage, camps, and educational programs, we support children, adolescents, parents, and families to honour life's important milestones and build stronger connections with themselves and those around them.
Allister and Jenna Logan are the co-founders of Human Rites, a community dedicated to restoring, reclaiming, and reimagining rites of passage for modern families.
Together, they bring a unique blend of experience across education, coaching, parenting, men's and women's work, community facilitation, and life transition support. Their work is grounded in a shared belief that people thrive when they are supported, witnessed, and connected through life's important milestones.
Allister spent over a decade in the corporate world before moving into educational leadership, serving as both Business Manager and Vice Principal within a Montessori school. He later completed a degree in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology and has trained extensively in rites of passage facilitation, men's work, and youth mentoring. His passion lies in supporting boys, young men, fathers, and families to navigate life with purpose, responsibility, and connection.
Jenna has spent more than a decade supporting women and families as a doula, birth educator, circle facilitator, and guide through life's transitions. Her work centres on helping women reconnect with themselves, trust their inner wisdom, and find support through the often-overlooked rites of passage of womanhood, motherhood, and beyond.
As parents of three children, Allister and Jenna are deeply committed to living the principles they teach. Their own family journey—including a transformative year travelling around Australia—reinforced their belief that meaningful connection, community, and intentional rites of passage are essential for individual and collective wellbeing.
Through Human Rites, they create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and be supported through the transitions that shape who they become.
