We grow our own sugarcane, then cut, press, ferment, distil, age and bottle it. All on one farm in the Tweed Valley, in the eroded heart of the Tweed Sheild Volcano.
This rare style of cane juice rum means every bottle we make reflects this ancient land - from farm to bottle.
Husk Farm Distillery is open to the public 7 days / week for tours, tastings and lunch at our on-site restaurant.
Once a year we host the Husk Rum Harvest Fest at the height of the cane crush - a 2 day drinks festival celebrating the rum harvest.
