ICPA Alice Springs is a volunteer-led branch supporting families living in rural and remote Central Australia. We advocate for equity of access to education for all isolated students, working with families, schools, government and the wider community to improve educational opportunities and support for children growing up in the bush.
Our branch also provides practical support, connections and advocacy for families on issues including distance education, boarding, early learning, home tutoring, travel and the unique costs of educating children remotely.
Together, we’re working to make sure where a child lives doesn’t determine the education they can access.
