THIS STARTED AS A PODCAST. IT BECAME A MOVEMENT.
Four years ago, Loren Tomlinson founded The Social Collective - a digital marketing agency built on the belief that ambitious businesses deserve marketing that actually works.
Along the way, she noticed something. The conversations she was having privately (about building a business, navigating an industry in flux, refusing to play small) weren't happening publicly. Not in the way they needed to.
So she started talking about them. On a podcast. At events. In community spaces she built from scratch.
What began as Coffees & Content became In Her Empire Era. A rebrand that happened not on a spreadsheet, but in a room full of 70 women who finally felt like they’d found their people.
That night (The Devil Wears Prada 2 Premiere Night) sold out in 17 days with zero paid advertising. The community was already asking about the next event before we’d announced it.
That’s when it became clear: this wasn’t just an event series. It was the beginning of something bigger.
