India de Vienne brings 15 years’ experience in policy and strategic project roles across child protection, youth justice, and policing with a focus on high-stakes stakeholder engagement, governance, quality assurance, risk management. Her career includes work with Victoria Police, Queensland Youth Justice, Victorian Department of Human Services and Social Futures. Highlights include being instrumental in the development of the Youth Justice Framework for Practice and guiding cross-cultural responses in high-profile law enforcement settings. She provides cross-sector expertise in policing, foster care, disability, homelessness and youth justice and is passionate about supporting staff to achieve the best outcomes for young people, their networks and the community.
India's academic background is in International Relations (Sociology) and Graduate Certificate in Criminology.
