✨ Deb Reid, MSN, FNP-BC – Reiki Master & Intuitive Healer
Deb Reid is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with over 25 years of experience weaving together science, spirit, and compassionate care. Her path began in biochemistry and conventional medicine, but her own health challenges opened the door to deeper healing—and ultimately to Reiki.
Trained in Therapeutic Touch during nursing school and later attuned to Usui Reiki Ryōhō, Deb received her Master Level certification in 2010. Since then, she has guided hundreds of clients and students through energy healing as both a clinical support and a soul-level practice—one that restores connection without self-erasure. Her work is also informed by intuitive and somatic sensing—listening to the body’s signals, energetic patterns, and emotional resonance to guide healing with precision and care.
Her initiation into Functional Medicine and Reiki arose from personal necessity. By her early 30s, Deb was managing asthma, migraines, and chronic inflammation with seven daily medications. Through the integration of energy work, lifestyle change, and root-cause medicine, she gradually reclaimed her health and vitality. Her healing journey includes recovery from Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, mold illness, and long COVID—using the same tools she now teaches and practices with others.
Deb brings a grounded, trauma-informed presence to her work, particularly for empaths, highly sensitive people, and those navigating chronic stress, illness, or spiritual awakening. Her teaching reflects a Soul Weaver approach: honoring the wisdom of the body, working with energy at the soul level, and helping healers learn to work on deeper levels without self-abandonment.
Based in Maryland, Deb shares her home with her dog, Clementine. Outside the treatment room or classroom, she finds joy in dancing, quilting, nature photography, and time in the woods or on the water.
