Hi, I'm Shelley. I’m a millennial with AuDHD who’s experienced the highs and lows of life in full colour, from navigating burnout cycles and living with heart failure, to juggling motherhood while my family lives overseas. Alongside it all, I’ve been studying Psychological Sciences and completing two coaching accreditations, driven by a deep curiosity about how we think, feel, and find meaning through challenge.
For a long time, I measured my worth by how much I achieved. Climbing the ladder, ticking boxes, and staying “productive” became my default mode - until I realised that none of it brought real joy. In chasing success, I’d lost touch with my values, and my relationships with myself and others began to suffer.
That turning point changed everything. My own struggles with managing healthcare, neurodivergence, and recovery showed me how isolating it can be when you’re doing your best to stay afloat in systems not built for your reality. It also showed me the power of compassion, curiosity, and sustainable self-understanding.
Now, I work with people who are ready to reconnect with their values, their energy, and their sense of self. I help them move beyond burnout, perfectionism, and self-criticism to create a life that feels authentic, grounded, and genuinely fulfilling.
My approach is shaped by lived experience, evidence-based psychology, and a strong belief that growth doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from coming home to yourself.
