Intrawoven is a social enterprise that offers experiential workshops that develop participants conflict transformational skills, and facilitates restorative processes to repair harm to relationships when conflict arises in organisations, communities, schools and families.
Intrawoven's founder, Shanaz Razeen, is an experienced facilitator with the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP), facilitating workshops in nonviolent community conflict transformation since 2014. His work spans restorative practice in schools, strengths-based work with young people and adults, community organising, social cohesion and reconciliation initiatives.
He is currently training in psychodrama and is an actor with Playback Theatre Sydney.
