Thank you for finding me here love ~ Being in this experience of life, and sharing it with kindreds, is truly a blessing.
I’m currently based in Karlsruhe, Germany and travel regularly around the EU and UK.
I grew up with my Italian Father teaching me the importance of being in reciprocity with the land, and my Peruvian Mother initiating me into the rhythms and movement of our ancestors. Experiencing and observing the collision of these cultures, influenced my love for documenting moments in passing, and being in service to the postpartum cocoon.
Here you will find my offerings on Non-Linear Movement Method (NLMM) ~ a practice that enables me to move through life with ease and a regulated nervous system. This somatic practice allows the genius of the body to process and identify emotions, release trauma patterns into flow, creates high bodily responsiveness and awaken the inner landscape of our being.
The practice was developed by Michaela Boehm while working within a demographic with severe trauma, addiction and personality disorders, as well as in her private counseling practice. It was further refined and adapted for a broader use in her experiential workshops, as a means of connecting students with their inner landscape, exploring and releasing physical contractions, withholds and emotional closures. It has been taught internationally for the past two decades.
NLMM is specifically designed as a “no force/no imposition “ somatic modality and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical health, ability, fitness level or age.
