Isma/Shema Consulting
is a dialogue and education initiative co-founded by Marium Mohiuddin and Zack Ritter that creates space for honest, nuanced conversations around antisemitism, Islamophobia, identity, media, polarization, and the complex realities shaping our world today.
Through workshops, trainings, campus programs, and community conversations, Isma/Shema brings together people across differences to explore difficult topics with depth, empathy, historical context, and intellectual rigor — without reducing conversations to talking points or ideology.
Their work focuses on helping participants better understand systems of hate and bias, recognize contemporary manifestations of prejudice, and build the skills needed to engage across disagreement in meaningful and humanizing ways.
