Jack Willis is a indie acoustic folk/singer-songwriter from the South Coast of NSW. His music ranges from harmony rich, existential pondering to catchy numbers that are the perfect feel good/ chill tunes for whatever mood you're in. His songwriting and music draws strongly on influences including Passenger, Ziggy Alberts and in particular, Jack Johnson.
Jacks music can be felt across the Australian Folk scene, with his previous releases gaining more than 400,000 streams on Spotify. With particular traction on his latest solo track ‘Belong Together’ and his previous two collaborative tracks 'Lost In The Rain' and 'Smokey Sweater'.
Off the back of these releases Jack has played a number of shows supporting the likes of The Dreggs, Jack Botts and Felipe Baldomir, making a name for himself in the folk scene. Jack's unique blend of folk, acoustic pop rock really makes him stand out from other artists in his genre.
Recent releases from Jack include ‘Smokey Sweater', ‘Belong Together’ and 'Lost In The Rain' which all received great feedback and traction, landing a few Spotify curated playlists, inc; 'Summer Daze' and 'Chilled Afternoons'. His new upcoming track 'Mt. Tamborine’ is OUT AUG 26th. The song is about diving into the unknown with that someone that encourages you to be unapologetically yourself and shows you how to see the world from a whole new perspective that you never thought was possible.
